Today is National Equal Pay Day
Every day, countless women perform the same work as their male colleagues, only to earn less than their fair share. On National Equal Pay Day, we mark how far into the new year women would have to work just to earn the same as men did in the previous year, and we renew our efforts to end this injustice. – President Barack Obama’s statements on National Equal Pay Day, April 2015
In honor of National Equal Pay Day, we are sharing the following infographic, which highlights some of the most important facts and findings about the current state of the gender wage gap in the U.S.
While we encourage you to share this infographic and information with others, we also invite you to contact us if you have been the target of any form of discriminatory practices in the workplace. Our lawyers are ready to help you fight back and get you on the path to justice and recovery.
