What this AI hiring lawsuit alleges
Daniel Swanson alleges age discrimination in his termination and subsequent applications to return to IBM. Paragraph 37 of the filed complaint says his automatic rejection appeared to come from artificial-intelligence screening software. The pleading also alleges age-correlated scoring and predictive analytics in workforce decisions.
